In order for customers to use it with peace of mind, mixhost offers services on a "flat rate" basis, and you can use sufficient resources for general website operations.
However, from the perspective of maintaining service quality and paying fair usage fees, we ask customers who use a lot of resources to reduce resource usage, limit service usage, or change to a higher plan. There are cases.

Available resources
Each mixhost plan comes with enough resources to run a typical website.
Please be assured that it is extremely rare for customers running personal and small business websites to exceed mixhost policies.
Over limit action policy
If you use resources that exceed the mixhost policy, we will propose a higher plan or request a reduction in resource usage.
There is usually a certain grace period, so please respond within that period.
At mixhost, we recognize the importance of our customers' websites, and in order to avoid impacts on website operations as much as possible, we will not limit the use of services without prior notice as much as possible.
However, we may restrict the use of the service only in cases of high urgency, such as when other customers are greatly affected.
Rough indication
At mixhost, we will disclose the guideline from the viewpoint of operating the fair use policy of resources with transparency.
Transfer volume
It is extremely rare for customers operating individual and small business websites to exceed the transfer volume policy, and more than 99% of customers do not fall under this policy.
If you fall under the top 1% of customers, we may ask you to change to a higher plan, so we ask for your cooperation in maintaining service quality and paying a fair usage fee.
In that case, please rest assured that we will not charge you the usage fee retroactively.
In principle, the amount of data transfer is unlimited, but if the transfer amount is extremely large and causes inconvenience to other customers, we may ask you to transfer to a higher service or limit or distribute it.
CPU
It is extremely rare for customers who operate personal and small business websites to exceed the CPU policy, and more than 99% of customers will not be applicable.
If you fall under the top 1% of customers, we may ask you to change to a higher plan, so we ask for your cooperation in maintaining service quality and paying a fair usage fee.
In that case, please rest assured that we will not charge you the usage fee retroactively.
The volume of emails sent
Each plan has an upper limit on the number of emails sent, but it is extremely rare for customers who operate websites for individuals and small businesses to exceed the number of emails sent, and more than 99% of customers are eligible. There is nothing to do.
- The number of emails sent is limited by a threshold depending on the plan.
- Sending restrictions include email forwarding, sending emails using PHP scripts, etc.
- In order to prevent the transmission of spam mails, we may restrict the transmission even if the number is below the standard value.
Please refer to the table below for the limit on the number of emails sent for each plan.

Domain registrations volume limit
As a guideline for comfortable use, it is about 100 domains per account.
