Infringement of rights

Requests for measures such as transmission cessation or disclosure of sender information on the grounds that rights have been infringed by information transmitted through the use of our communication equipment are accepted only in writing.

How to request suspension of transmission or disclosure of sender information

Please refer to the website for information related to the Provider Liability Limitation Act and send the following required materials to our contact point.

  1. Infringing information notification and transmission prevention request form or sender information disclosure request form (stamped with a registered seal)
  2. Documents related to the problem areas (print out the website in question and highlight the problem areas with a fluorescent marker to make it easier to understand)
  3. Documents that can be used to confirm that the claimant holds the rights (in the case of trademark or copyright infringement)
  4. Identity verification documents
    • For corporations: corporate seal certificate (issued within 3 months)
    • For individuals: seal certificate (within 3 months of issuance) or a copy of official identification such as driver's license or passport (within the expiration date)
    • In the case of a request by an agent: In addition to the above, please enclose the agent's identity verification documents and power of attorney.

*If you need to return your identity verification documents, please prepare a self-addressed envelope with a stamp attached.

1. Spam

  3. When we cannot judge that the information is illegal or nuisance based on the information you provide
  4. When requesting deletion of the entire site, content, page, etc.
  5. In the case of an act performed in a place that is not disclosed on the Internet, such as exchanging e-mails between individuals
