How to backup Horde's calendar function

This is an article about how to back up the calendar used in the webmail function Horde.

STEP 1: Open Horde.

For how to open Horde, please refer to How to Use Webmail.

STEP 2: Open the calendar.

Open Calendar from the menu bar at the top of the screen.

STEP 3: Open the calendar to be backed up.

From the list of calendars on the left side of the screen, click the pencil mark on the right side of the calendar you want to back up to open it.

STEP 4: Open the export tab.

Click on the tab labeled "Export" to open it.

STEP 5: Save the file.

To the right of "Export ICS File", click the part labeled "Calendar ICS File".

The file save screen will be displayed, so save it with a name and download it.

STEP 6: Complete.

After the download is complete, the backup is complete.

There is no problem to close the screen by pressing the "Save" button.

About the downloaded ICS file

ICS files can be imported and used by many email software.
The import method differs depending on the email software you are using, so please contact the support desk of the software you are importing to.
