How to enable/disable Catch-All function

With the Catch-All feature enabled, you can receive emails that are not delivered anywhere. An error does not occur even if an email is addressed to an email account that does not exist.

The catch-all function is enabled in the initial state.

Steps to disable the catch-all feature

STEP 1: Log in to cPanel.

Log in to cPanel.

STEP 2: Open [Email] > [Default Address].

STEP 3: Select a domain to disable the catch-all function.

Select the target domain from the pull-down menu below "Send all unrouted emails for the following domains:".

STEP 4: "Discard the email by SMTP time and generate an error message, even if the server is processing it. "choose.

STEP 5: Press the [Change] button at the bottom of the screen.

Steps to enable the catch-all feature

STEP 1: Log in to cPanel.

Log in to cPanel.

STEP 2: Open [Email] > [Default Address].

Select the target domain from the pull-down menu below "Send all unrouted emails for the following domains:".

STEP 4: Select “Transfer to system account “user”.

*The character string for the "user" part differs depending on the customer.

STEP 5: Press the [Change] button at the bottom of the screen.

How to check emails received by the catch-all function

STEP 1: Log in to cPanel.

Log in to cPanel.

STEP 2: Open [Email] > [Email Accounts].

STEP 3: Press the [CHECK EMAIL] button on the right side of the account labeled [Default].

STEP 4: Open the webmail screen.

Press the [Open] button on the upper left of the displayed screen.

The mail received by the catch-all function will be displayed with the above.
