Procedure for changing the payment method

If you want to change the payment method, you can do so from My Page.
The change procedure differs depending on whether an invoice has been issued or not.

How to check your invoice

Please log in to your mixhost account and if you see an unpaid bill item, please proceed to "Invoice has been issued". If it is not displayed, please proceed to "Invoice not yet issued".

Invoiced

STEP 1: Click "Show all" in the item of unpaid bills.

STEP 2: Click "Unpaid" in the status column.

STEP 3: Select your preferred payment method.

After selecting, check the details of the unpaid item on the upper right of the screen.
The display differs depending on the selected payment method.

  • For credit card
    Please enter the required credit card information from the "Payment here" button on the upper right of the screen.

  • For Paypal payment
    Please log in to your Paypal account from the "Pay with Paypal" button on the upper right of the screen and pay.
  • For bank transfer
    Please transfer the amount to the account displayed in the payment destination on the upper right of the screen.

Invoice not yet issued

STEP 1: Click "Edit customer information" from My Menu on the upper right of the screen.

STEP 2: Select the desired payment method from the payment methods and click "Save Changes".

  • For credit card
    Click "Payment Methods" on the upper left of the screen, and enter the required credit card information from the "Add New Credit Card" button.

  • For bank transfer
    Please make a transfer to the account indicated on the invoice issued before the next renewal date.
