This Agreement is made in Japanese and translated into English. The Japanese text is the original and the English text is for reference purposes. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these two texts, the Japanese text shall prevail.

・The support time will be within the 30 minutes specified in advance. Even if you enter the room after the start time, support will end if the time frame specified in advance has passed. Also, if you do not enter the room after 10 minutes or more from the start time, we will judge that it is canceled on the day due to the customer's convenience.
・It is not a service that promises to solve the problem.
Even if the problem is not resolved, support will end after 30 minutes.
・It is not a service that performs work on your behalf of you.
Since it is only operation support, you need to operate it yourself.
・Customers are responsible for communication charges, Internet usage charges, etc., while using this support.
・The use of this support may affect the data created by the customer and various settings. We cannot compensate for data and settings, so please make a backup of important data and settings in advance.
