Only some emails sent from the mixhost server cannot be received on the external server
Emails sent from a mixhost server will prioritize local delivery if the domain exists within the same mixhost server.
Therefore, the mail may be delivered to the mail inbox of the mixhost server without reaching the external server.
There is a possibility that it can be improved by performing the following remote mail exchanger settings, so please try the settings.
STEP 1: Log in to cPanel.
STEP 2: Open [Email Routing] from [Email].
STEP 3: Change the settings of the remote mail exchanger.
