Overview
By using cPanel's "Delivery Tracking", you can check the success or failure of sending and receiving emails. Even if the spam filter determines it as spam and automatically deletes it, it will still be recorded in "Delivery Tracking".
*Data can be confirmed up to 10 days before.
STEP 1: Log in to cPanel.
Please refer to this page for how to log in to cPanel.
STEP 2: Open "Delivery Tracking".
STEP 3: Confirm delivery report.
If nothing is displayed in the delivery report, press the button labeled "Show All".

If successful, a green check mark will appear.
Example of an error in sending and receiving emails
A red "!" mark is displayed when sending or receiving an email fails.

- Sender address (From address)
- Inbound address (To, CC, BCC address)
- Time at which the email was sent and received
